Nedohin finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nedohin defeated Candace Wanechko (Edmonton, AB) 14-2, then won 8-4 against Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB) and 7-3 against Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB). Nedohin went on to lose 6-4 against Kaufman. Nedohin responded with a 8-7 win over Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB). Nedohin won 6-5 against Kleibrink in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Alberta Scotties Championship title, Nedohin earned 19.600 world rankings points, remaining in 5th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 221.200 total points. Nedohin ranks 15th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 67.100 points earned so far this season.
