Marie-France Larouche (Quebec, PQ) won 10-3 over Allison Ross (Montreal, PQ) in the Final of the Quebec Scotties, held January 24 - 29, 2012 in Kenogami, Quebec.

Larouche finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Larouche defeated Sian Canavan (Montreal, PQ) 12-2, then went on to lose 5-4 against Ross. Larouche responded with a 10-5 win over Helene Pelchat (Valleyfield, PQ). Larouche won 9-6 against Nathalie Gagnon (Saguenay, PQ), then won 8-4 against Ross in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Quebec Scotties Championship title, Larouche earned 4.000 world rankings points, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 72nd place overall with 18.556 total points. Larouche ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.000 points earned so far this season.
