Smith-Dacey won 9-8 against Mattatall. Smith-Dacey went on to lose 7-6 against Kelly MacIntosh (Dartmouth, NS). Smith-Dacey responded with a 8-3 win over Colleen Pinkney (Truro, NS). Smith-Dacey won 6-3 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Nova Scotia Scotties Championship title, Smith-Dacey earned 4.000 world rankings points. WOLFVILLE, N.S. — Edmonton’s Team Selena Sturmay solidified a berth into the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, presented by Connect Hearing, with a 9-4 win over Team Kayla MacMillan (Victoria) in the third and final game of the women’s best-of-three final at the 2025 Home Hardware Canadian Pre-Trials on Sunday afternoon.
