Fowler responded with a 10-7 win over Jamie Murphy (Halifax, NS). Fowler went on to lose 8-4 against Glenn Howard (Coldwater, ON). Fowler responded with a 10-5 win over Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, Y/NWT). Fowler won 8-5 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB), then won 9-3 against Scott Manners (Battleford, SK) and 10-4 against Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste. Marie, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.

Fowler earned 30.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Tim Hortons Brier, remaining in 8th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 24.45 after improving upon their best so far this season. Fowler ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 105.650 points earned so far this season.
