Jones responded with a 8-5 win over Heather Strong (St. John's, NL). Jones went on to lose 7-3 against Amber Holland (Kronau, CAN). Jones responded with a 8-3 win over Heather Smith-Dacey (Halifax, NS). Jones won 8-7 against Michelle Englot (Regina, SK), then won 8-6 against Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC) and 8-2 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, Y/NWT). Jones won 7-4 against Marie-France Larouche (Quebec, PQ), then won 5-3 against Tracy Horgan (Sudbury, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Jones earned 30.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. For week 28 of the event schedule, Jones did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jones ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
