Mark Kean (Toronto, ON) won 6-3 over Ontario's Greg Balsdon in the Final of the KW Fall Classic, held September 20 - 23, 2012 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Kean won 6-5 over Pat Ferris (Grimsby, ON) in the semifinals of the 2012 KW Fall Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario; and won 6-5 over Mike Anderson (Markham, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2012 KW Fall Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario;
 
Kean finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kean defeated Axel Larsen (Guelph, ON) 10-3, then won 6-5 against Ontario's Jake Higgs. Kean went on to lose 7-4 against Ferris. Kean responded with a 6-2 win over John Grant (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the KW Fall Classic Championship title, Kean earned 6.800 world rankings points along with the $2,400CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 17th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 80.796 total points. Kean ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.235 points earned so far this season.
