Jennifer Harvey (Corwall, ON) finished 1-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Harvey lost 7-4 to Allison Ross (Montreal, PQ), then responded with a 5-4 win over Chantal Lalonde (London, ON). Harvey went on to lose 4-1 against Katie Morrissey (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
