Homan finished 5-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, ON) 5-4, then won 6-5 against Kaitlyn Lawes (Winnipeg, MB). Homan went on to lose 8-7 against Bernard. Homan responded with a 9-2 win over Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB). Homan won 4-2 against Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK), then won 4-3 against Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic, Homan take home 27.000 world rankings points along with the $11,000CDN prize, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 17th place overall with 74.106 total points.
