Bernard responded with a 5-1 win over Anette Norberg (Karlstad, SWE). Bernard won 5-4 against Margaretha Sigfridsson (Skelleftea, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Bernard earned 22.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Manitoba Lotteries Womens Curling Classic, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 10th place overall with 123.162 total points.
