Dion Dumontelle (Sudbury, ON) lost 6-4 to Al Hutchinson (Owen Sound, ON) in the Final of the Co-operators Cup, held November 23 - 25, 2012 in Markdale, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Dumontelle won 8-2 over Kristy Russell (Shelburne, ON) in the semifinals of the 2012 Co-operators Cup in Markdale, Ontario; and won 11-5 over Willie MacPherson (Alliston, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2012 Co-operators Cup in Markdale, Ontario;
 
Dumontelle finished 2-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dumontelle defeated Tom Slumskie (Tara, ON) 5-3, then went on to lose 9-4 against Hutchinson. Dumontelle responded with a 8-5 win over Don Coburn (Markdale, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Co-operators Cup, Dumontelle take home 1.500 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN prize. For week 15 of the event schedule, Dumontelle did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Dumontelle ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
