Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt won 5-4 over Heath McCormick (New York, NY) in the Final of the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic, held October 26 - 28, 2012 in Sarnia, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt won 6-5 over Dayna Deruelle (Brampton, ON) in the semifinals of the 2012 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario; and won 6-2 over John Young Jr. (Chatham, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2012 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario;
 
Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt defeated Brandon Corbett (Rochester, NY) 7-4, then went on to lose 9-2 against Ontario's Scott McDonald. Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt lost 6-1 to Ontario's Brett Dekoning where Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt responded with a 5-4 win over Dale Kelly (Chatham, ON). Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt won 6-4 against Tom Pruliere (Sarnia, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic Championship title, Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt earned 3.350 world rankings points along with the $3,435CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 14th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 115.000 total points. Ontario's Rob Rumfeldt ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 30.715 points earned so far this season.
