Doyle won 7-6 against Lisa Eyamie (High River, AB), then won 7-5 against Jill Shumay (Maidstone, SK). Doyle went on to lose 9-2 against Renee Sonnenberg (Edmonton, AB). Doyle lost 5-4 to Val Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
