Fenson finished 3-1 in the 30-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fenson defeated Tim Drobnick (Eveleth, MN) 6-4, then won 6-4 against Geoff Goodland (St. Paul, MN). Fenson went on to lose 5-4 against Chris Dolan (St. Paul, ). Fenson responded with a 6-4 win over Randy Baird (Bemidji, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Fenson earned 1.800 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Iron Trail Motors Shoot-Out @ Curl Mesabi. For week 18 of the event schedule, Fenson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Fenson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
