Weiss won 6-4 against Tyler George (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
Weiss earned 1.875 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Courtesy Freight Northern Ontario Superspiel, moving up 48 spots the World Ranking Standings into 203rd place overall with 3.395 total points.
