Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB) qualified for the 2013 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Amber Holland (Regina, SK). of the 2013 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown in Grande Prairie, Alberta;

Kleibrink finished 3-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kleibrink defeated Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) 6-4, then won 4-3 against Cathy Auld (Mississauga, ON). Kleibrink went on to lose 5-4 against Kristie Moore (Grande Prairie, AB). Kleibrink lost 6-5 to Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB) where Kleibrink responded with a 7-4 win over Laura Crocker (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Kleibrink earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 12th place overall with 172.625 total points. Kleibrink ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 121.125 points earned so far this season.
