Jones finished 11-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones defeated Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) 8-6, then won 10-4 against Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC) and 9-1 against Stacie Devereaux (St. John's, NL). Jones won 11-4 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Halifax, NS), then won 9-1 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT) and 9-6 against Kristie Moore (Grande Prairie, AB). Jones won 8-5 against Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, CAN), then won 9-7 against Homan and 7-1 against Allisson Ross (Dollard Des Ormeaux, PQ). Jones won 7-6 against New Brunswick's Andrea Crawford, then won 8-4 against Jill Shumay (Maidstone, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Jones take home 35.000 world rankings points, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 388.625 total points. Jones ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 189.275 points earned so far this season.
