Hugh Millikin (Melbourne, AUS) finished 4-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Millikin lost 9-8 to Chang-Min Kim (Gyeongbuk Uiseong, KOR), then responded with a 5-4 win over Randie Shen (Taipei, TPE). Millikin went on to lose 7-6 against Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN). Millikin responded with a 7-3 win over Viktor Kim (Almaty, KAZ). Millikin won 8-1 against Peter De Boer (Naseby, NZ), then won 6-5 against Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

Millikin earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships, moving up 148 spots the World Ranking Standings into 130th place overall with 8.750 total points. Millikin ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.500 points earned so far this season.
