Fujisawa won 7-5 against Becker, then won 6-3 against Kim. Fujisawa went on to lose 8-6 against Wang in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships, Fujisawa take home 8.250 world rankings points, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 32nd place overall with 40.460 total points. Fujisawa ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 29.610 points earned so far this season.
