Ott won 8-1 against Hungary's Ildiko Szekeres, then won 7-4 against Czech Republic's Linda Klimova. Ott went on to lose 8-5 against Sweden's Margaretha Sigfridsson. Ott responded with a 10-5 win over Germany's Andrea Schoepp in their final qualifying round match.
