Norway's Linn Githmark finished 9-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Norway's Linn Githmark defeated Slovakia's Daniela Matulova 7-4, then won 9-3 against Belarus's Ekaterina Kirillova and 7-1 against Poland's Elzbieta Ran. Norway's Linn Githmark won 8-2 against Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune, then won 7-2 against Austria's Karina Toth and 9-3 against Turkey's Elif Kizilkaya. Norway's Linn Githmark won 7-6 against Estonia's Maile Molder, then won 12-7 against Spain's Irantu Garcia and 9-4 against England's Fiona Hawker in their final qualifying round match.
