Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, CAN) finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dunstone defeated Andre Neuenschwander (Zurich, SUI) 9-6, then won 5-4 against Evgeniy Arkhipov (Moscow, RUS). Dunstone went on to lose 7-6 against Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO). Dunstone responded with a 5-3 win over Marek Cernovsky (Praha, CZE). Dunstone went on to lose 6-4 against Gustav Eskilsson (Malung, SWE). Dunstone responded with a 5-4 win over Amos Mosaner (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Dunstone won 7-3 against Korey Dropkin (Wayland, USA), then won 9-6 against Eirik Mjoen (Oslo, NOR) and 8-3 against Dongxu Jiang (Harbin, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 30 of the event schedule, Dunstone did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 140th place on the World Ranking Standings with 9.000 total points. Dunstone ranks 111th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.000 points earned so far this season.
