Homan responded with a 8-5 win over Germany's Andrea Schoepp. Homan won 7-4 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI), then won 7-4 against Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) and 8-4 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
