Rachel Homan (Ottawa, CAN) finished 8-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan lost 6-4 to Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO), then responded with a 7-5 win over Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune. Homan won 8-2 against Denmark's Lene Nielsen, then won 5-4 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Homan went on to lose 5-4 against Erika Brown (Madison, USA). Homan responded with a 7-6 win over Italy's Diana Gaspari. Homan went on to lose 8-4 against Sweden's Margaretha Sigfridsson. Homan responded with a 8-5 win over Germany's Andrea Schoepp. Homan won 7-4 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI), then won 7-4 against Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) and 8-4 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Homan earned 30.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Titlis Glacier Mountain World Women's Curling Championship, remaining in 6th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 27.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 212.900 points earned so far this season.
