Ross won 7-6 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Quebec Scotties Championship title, Ross earned 4.000 world rankings points, moving up 25 spots the World Ranking Standings into 95th place overall with 9.113 total points. Ross ranks 69th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.625 points earned so far this season.
