Allisson Ross (Montreal, PQ) won 11-4 over Eve Belisle (Montreal, PQ) in the Final Ross advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Quebec Scotties , held January 21 - 27, 2013 in Victoriaville, Quebec.
 
Ross finished 7-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ross defeated Roxane Perron (Trois-Rivieres, PQ) 7-4, then won 12-2 against Melanie Bernier (Victoriaville, PQ) and 12-1 against Quebec's Sian Canavan. Ross won 7-4 against Julie Hamel (Chicoutimi, PQ), then won 7-1 against Brigitte Gosselin (Sherbrooke, PQ) and 8-5 against Belisle. Ross won 7-6 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Quebec Scotties Championship title, Ross earned 4.000 world rankings points, moving up 25 spots the World Ranking Standings into 95th place overall with 9.113 total points. Ross ranks 69th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.625 points earned so far this season.
