John Epping (Toronto, ON) finished 2-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Epping lost 7-5 to Joel Jordison (Moose Jaw, SK), then responded with a 10-2 win over Japan's Naoki Iwanaga. Epping went on to lose 5-4 against Thomas Ulsrud (oslo, NOR). Epping responded with a 11-6 win over Jim Cotter (Kelowna/Vernon, BC). Epping went on to lose 5-4 against Sven Michel (Adelboden, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 32 of the event schedule, Epping did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 7th place on the World Ranking Standings with 280.650 total points. Epping ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 124.700 points earned so far this season.
