Morrissey finished 3-1 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morrissey lost 8-5 to Gardner, then responded with a 7-6 win over Lauren Mann (Ottawa, ON). Morrissey won 6-5 against Laura Payne (Ottawa, ON), then won 7-2 against Camile Boisvert (Montreal, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
