Devereaux won 3-2 against Heather Smith-Dacey (Halifax, NS), then won 8-2 against Marie Christianson (Halifax, NS) and 4-3 against Mary Jane McGuire (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Curl Atlantic Championship Championship title, Devereaux earned 2.750 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 37 spots the World Ranking Standings into 98th place overall with 4.450 total points. Devereaux ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.750 points earned so far this season.
