Kelly MacIntosh (Dartmouth, NS) finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacIntosh defeated Colleen Pinkney (Truro, NS) 9-6, then went on to lose 5-4 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Halifax, NS). MacIntosh responded with a 5-4 win over Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI). MacIntosh won 6-3 against Kathy O'Rourke (Charlottetown, PEI). MacIntosh went on to lose 8-3 against New Brunswick's Jessica Ronalds in their final qualifying round match.

MacIntosh earned 1.375 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curl Atlantic Championship, moving up 22 spots the World Ranking Standings into 129th place overall with 2.438 total points. MacIntosh ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.375 points earned so far this season.
