Lukowich finished 4-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lukowich lost 9-5 to Rob Cosens (Winnipeg, MB), droppimg another game, 8-6 to Bill Dauphinais (Winnipeg, MB) where Lukowich responded with a 8-1 win over Deb McCreanor (La Salle, MB). Lukowich won 7-1 against Cory Zdan (Virden, MB), then won 7-3 against Rick Moreton (Winnipeg, MB) and 6-2 against Trevor Bonot (Thunder Bay, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week of the event schedule, Lukowich did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Lukowich ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
