Chris Lewis (Carp, ON) lost 9-5 to Aaron Squires (St. Thomas, ON) in the Final of the ON Pepsi Junior Men, held January 2 - 6, 2013 in London, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Lewis won 9-4 over Richard Krell (London, ON) in the semifinals of the 2013 ON Pepsi Junior Men in London, Ontario;
 
Lewis finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lewis defeated Conor Joudrey (Mississauga, ON) 8-1, then went on to lose 6-3 against Michael McGaugh (Brampton, ON). Lewis responded with a 8-6 win over Krell. Lewis won 5-2 against Ben Miskew (Ottawa, ON). Lewis went on to lose 10-6 against Squires. Lewis responded with a 9-6 win over Ben Bevan (Ajax, ON). Lewis won 6-3 against Jeff Brown (Shelburne, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
