Habkirk won 10-9 against Brendan Cliff (Vernon, BC), then won 7-6 against Paul Henderson (Victoria, BC). Habkirk went on to lose 9-4 against Tyler Klymchuk (Victoria, BC). Habkirk responded with a 10-6 win over Duncan Silversides (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
