After advancing directly to the championship game, Kalia Van Osch (Nanaimo, BC) lost 7-4 to Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in the Final of the BC Tim Hortons Junior Women, held January 1 - 6, 2013 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.
 
Van Osch finished 7-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Van Osch defeated Brown 10-5, then won 11-4 against Amy Edwards (Vernon, BC) and 8-1 against Stephanie Prinse (Chilliwack, BC). Van Osch won 8-2 against Katherine Silversides (Victoria, BC), then won 4-2 against Brandi Tinkler (Kamloops, BC) and 10-2 against Cierra Fisher (Kamloops, BC). Van Osch won 6-5 against Shawna Jensen (Richmond, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
