Veronica Smith (Cornwall, PEI) won 9-5 over Amanda MacLean (Cornwall, PEI) in the Final of the PEI PEPSI Provincial Junior Women's Championship, held January 2 - 6, 2013 in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island. To advance to the championship game, Smith won 4-3 over Kaleigh MacKay (Summerside, PEI) in the semifinals of the 2013 PEI PEPSI Provincial Junior Women's Championship in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island;
 
Smith finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Smith defeated Rachel O'Connor (Cornwall, PEI) 13-3, then went on to lose 7-6 against MacLean. Smith responded with a 10-3 win over Emily Keen (Charlottetown, PEI). Smith won 7-2 against MacKay in their final qualifying round match.
