Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin won 8-6 over Washington's Jake Vukich in the Final of the USA Junior Mens Championship, held January 26 - February 2, 2013 in Wayland, Massachusetts.

Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin defeated Colorado's Preston Kramer 14-2, then won 9-3 against Michigan's Wesley Pedersen. Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin went on to lose 8-7 against Pennsylvania's Scott Dunnam. Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin responded with a 7-2 win over Washington's Jake Vukich. Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin won 8-2 against North Dakota's Timothy Hodek, then won 7-4 against Alaska's Ryan Flippo and 8-4 against Minnesota's Tony Wright. Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin won 10-1 against Wisconsin's Jeremy Stubbe, then won 5-4 against Minnesota's Ethan Meyers in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the USA Junior Mens Championship Championship title, Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin earned 8.000 world rankings points, moving up 70 spots the World Ranking Standings into 109th place overall with 13.231 total points. Massachusetts's Korey Dropkin ranks 83rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.325 points earned so far this season.
