Edin finished 13-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Mats Nyberg (Stocksund, SWE) 9-3, then won 9-1 against Goran Carlsson (Norrkoping, SWE) and 7-6 against Sweden's Rasmus Wrana. Edin won 11-3 against Fredrik Julius (Sundbyberg, SWE), then won 10-3 against Fredrik Bjoerk (Norrkoping, SWE) and 8-3 against Anders Westerberg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Edin won 7-1 against Johan Ceder (Falu, SWE), then won 9-5 against Sweden's Marcus Hasselborg and 12-1 against Fredrik Nyman (Harnosand, SWE). Edin won 6-0 against Nils Carlsen (Sundsvall, SWE). Edin went on to lose 9-6 against Sweden's Oskar Eriksson. Edin lost 7-3 to Gustav Eskilsson (Skelleftea, SWE) where Edin responded with a 7-3 win over Jon Melin (Skelleftea, SWE). Edin won 8-2 against Sven Olsson (Svegs, SWE), then won 8-5 against Lars Goethberg (Malung, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Edin earned 6.400 world rankings points, remaining in 6th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 1.4 after improving upon their best so far this season. Edin ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 126.330 points earned so far this season.
