Sieg went on to lose 7-6 against Sean Murray (Watertown, WI). Sieg responded with a 9-0 win over Wesley Seeger (San Francisco, CA). Sieg won 10-3 against Derek Surka (New Haven, CT), then won 8-3 against Andy Jukich (St. Paul, MN) and 8-2 against Greg Wilson (Chicago, IL) in their final qualifying round match.
