Cole Parsons (Nanton, AB) won 7-2 over Michael Roy (Airdrie, AB) in the Final of the WFG Men's Players Championship, held March 15 - 17, 2013 in Airdrie, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Parsons won 5-4 over Brayden Power (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals
 
Parsons finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Parsons defeated Power 6-5, then won 4-3 against Scott Smith (Calgary, AB) and 7-3 against Roy in their final qualifying round match.
