Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, ON) won 7-5 over Jeff Stoughton (Winnipeg, MB) in the Final of the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic, held September 19 - 22, 2013 in Brockville, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Jacobs won 8-3 over Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2013 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Brockville, Ontario; and won 7-3 over Wayne Tuck Jr. (Brantford, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Brockville, Ontario;
 
Jacobs finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacobs defeated Philippe Lemay (Trois-Rivieres, QC) 5-2, then won 4-2 against Greg Balsdon (Toronto, ON) and 5-2 against Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC). Jacobs won 8-2 against Bryan Cochrane (Ottawa, ON). Jacobs went on to lose 7-5 against Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic Championship title, Jacobs earned 40.000 world rankings points along with the $10,400CDN first prize cheque, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 1st place overall with 279.430 total points. Jacobs ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 75.000 points earned so far this season.
