Pierce won 4-3 against Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Pierce earned 5.175 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Direct Horizontal Drilling Fall Classic, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 36th place overall with 38.064 total points. Pierce ranks 44th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.350 points earned so far this season.
