9-2 to Korea's Soo-Hyuk Kim, droppimg another game, 7-4 to Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB) where Bilesky responded with a 7-6 win over Matt Willerton (Edmonton, AB). Bilesky won 4-3 against Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK), then won 9-6 against Josh Heidt (Kerrobert, SK). Bilesky went on to lose 7-6 against Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Bilesky earned 1.725 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, dropping 2 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 48th place overall with 29.030 total points. Bilesky ranks 98th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.725 points earned so far this season.
