Bernhard Werthemann (Berne, SUI) run at the 2013 Whites Drug Store Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-1 loss to Pascal Hess (Zug, SUI). of the 2013 Whites Drug Store Classic in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada; Werthemann advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-5 win over Oskar Eriksson (Lit, SWE).

Werthemann responded with a 7-2 win over Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Werthemann earned 6.375 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Whites Drug Store Classic, moving up 15 spots the World Ranking Standings into 58th place overall with 25.308 total points. Werthemann ranks 56th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.515 points earned so far this season.
