Virtue lost 7-3 to Bernhard Werthemann (Berne, SUI) where Virtue responded with a 6-3 win over Terry Marteniuk (Yorkton, SK). Virtue won 5-3 against Peter de Cruz (Geneva, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Virtue earned 6.375 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Whites Drug Store Classic, remaining in 26th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 76.505 total points. Virtue ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 54.250 points earned so far this season.
