Tom Worth (Toronto, ON) lost 5-4 to Ontario's Travis Fanset in the Final of the TD Canada Trust Scugog Cup, held November 22 - 24, 2013 at the Port Perry Community Curling Club in Port Perry, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Worth won 6-2 over Jeff Clark (Cobourg, ON) in the semifinals
 
Worth finished 4-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Worth defeated Gary Downs (Whitby, ON) 5-2, then went on to lose 8-4 against Ray Balachorek (Oshawa, ON). Worth responded with a 7-6 win over Dave Fischer (Oshawa, ON). Worth won 8-4 against Bob Turcotte (Scarborough, ON), then won 6-2 against Roy Arndt (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the TD Canada Trust Scugog Cup, Worth take home 1.750 world rankings points along with the $1,400CDN prize, moving up 69 spots the World Ranking Standings into 222nd place overall with 2.650 total points. Worth ranks 139th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.500 points earned so far this season.
