Ontario's Travis Fanset finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ontario's Travis Fanset defeated Doug Brewer (Brockville, ON) 9-2, then won 7-5 against Nathan Martin (Oshawa , ON) and 7-5 against Roy Arndt (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the TD Canada Trust Scugog Cup Championship title, Ontario's Travis Fanset earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $2,400CDN first prize cheque. For week 15 of the event schedule, Ontario's Travis Fanset did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
