To advance to the championship game, March won 6-2 over Ontario's Travis Fanset in the semifinals of the 2013 TD Canada Trust Scugog Cup in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada;
 
March finished 4-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, March lost 7-6 to John Bell (Unionville, ON), then responded with a 10-0 win over Angie Melaney (Lakefield, ON). March won 9-3 against Nathan Martin (Oshawa , ON), then won 8-4 against Don Beaton (Port Perry, ON) and 5-2 against Ray Balachorek (Oshawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
March earned 1.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the TD Canada Trust Scugog Cup, moving up 237 spots the World Ranking Standings into 275th place overall with 1.250 total points. March ranks 176th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.250 points earned so far this season.
