Trevor Perepolkin (Vernon, BC) qualified for the 2013 Kamloops Crown of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-2 against Grant Dezura (Kelowna, BC). of the 2013 Kamloops Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Perepolkin finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Perepolkin defeated Chang-Min Kim (Uiseong, KOR) 6-4, then won 7-6 against Brad Thompson (Kamloops, BC) and 7-3 against Grant Olsen (Kamloops, BC). Perepolkin went on to lose 5-4 against Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC). Perepolkin responded with a 6-3 win over Randie Shen (Taiwan, TPE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Perepolkin earned 1.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Kamloops Crown of Curling, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 89th place overall with 11.642 total points. Perepolkin ranks 54th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.000 points earned so far this season.
