Jake Higgs (Glencoe, ON) won 4-3 over Ontario's Scott McDonald in the Final of the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic, held October 25 - 27, 2013 in Sarnia, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Higgs won 4-3 over Craig Brown (Madison, WI) in the semifinals of the 2013 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario; and won 5-4 over Heath McCormick (New York, NY) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario;

Higgs finished 2-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Higgs defeated Ontario's Mike Aprile 5-3, then went on to lose 1-0 against Aaron Squires (St. Thomas , ON). Higgs responded with a 5-2 win over Ontario's Nick Rizzo in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic Championship title, Higgs earned 9.000 world rankings points along with the $4,800CDN first prize cheque. For week 11 of the event schedule, Higgs did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Higgs ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
