Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC) won 5-3 over Kalia Van Osch (Delta/Nanaimo, BC) in the Final of the Cloverdale Cash Spiel, held September 20 - 22, 2013 in Surrey, British Columbia. To advance to the championship game, Knezevic won 7-2 over Amy Gibson (Vancouver, BC) in the semifinals of the 2013 Cloverdale Cash Spiel in Surrey, British Columbia; and won 7-4 over Kesa Van Osch (Victoria, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 Cloverdale Cash Spiel in Surrey, British Columbia;

Knezevic finished 2-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knezevic defeated Shawna Jensen (Delta, BC) 11-1, then went on to lose 7-6 against Roberta Kuhn (Vernon, BC). Knezevic responded with a 7-5 win over Marilou Richter (New Westminster, BC). Knezevic went on to lose 7-5 against Van Osch in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Cloverdale Cash Spiel Championship title, Knezevic earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $2,100CDN first prize cheque, moving up 24 spots the World Ranking Standings into 98th place overall with 5.000 total points. Knezevic ranks 45th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.500 points earned so far this season.
