Phil Daniel (Chatham, ON) won 6-5 over Craig Van Ymeren (Aylmer, ON) in the Final of the Chatham Granite Cash Spiel, held November 15 - 17, 2013 at the Chatham Granite Club in Chatham, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Daniel won 6-1 over John Young Jr. (Chatham , ON) in the semifinals of the 2013 Chatham Granite Cash Spiel in Chatham, Ontario, Canada;
 
Daniel finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Daniel defeated Van Ymeren 6-3, then won 6-1 against Rick Law (Chatham, ON). Daniel went on to lose 4-2 against Dale Kelly (Chatham, ON). Daniel responded with a 6-5 win over Scott McDonald (London , ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Chatham Granite Cash Spiel Championship title, Daniel earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $2,150CDN first prize cheque, moving up 193 spots the World Ranking Standings into 222nd place overall with 2.500 total points. Daniel ranks 131st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.500 points earned so far this season.
