Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC) lost 7-3 to Brady Clark (Lynnwood, WA) in the Final of the Seattle Cash Spiel, held November 29 - December 1, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. To advance to the championship game, Richard won 6-2 over Jason Montgomery (Victoria, BC) in the semifinals   of the 2013 Seattle Cash Spiel in Seattle, Washington; and won 5-4 over Wes Craig (Victora, BC) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2013 Seattle Cash Spiel in Seattle, Washington; 
 
Richard finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Richard defeated Craig 7-6, then won 8-1 against Jake Vukich (Seattle, WA). Richard went on to lose 7-6 against Sam Galey (Seattle, WA). Richard responded with a 8-3 win over Nicholas Connolly (Seattle, WA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Seattle Cash Spiel, Richard take home 1.750 world rankings points along with the $2,130CDN prize, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 47th place overall with 35.770 total points. Richard ranks 38th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 21.810 points earned so far this season.
