Gray went on to lose 7-2 against Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN). Gray lost 6-3 to Oskar Eriksson (Lit, SWE) where Gray responded with a 7-4 win over Peter de Cruz (Geneva, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
